Guest Post by Adam | Banana Cinnamon Blend

Today we have our first guest post on the blog! We'd like to thank Adam for putting this incredible recipe together for us. Read on to find out what it is!!

Banana Cinnamon Blend

This is one of my favorite anytime snacks and something I also like having for breakfast. It is incredibly simple, it only takes a few minutes to make. Yet it is both filling and very healthy. The raw eggs are especially nutritious. If you have concerns about eating raw eggs I recommend you read this article for more information on the subject.
What you'll need:

- 8 oz frozen banana (or 1 whole frozen banana.) The banana must be cut up and then frozen for this recipe to work
- 2 whole raw eggs. Highly recommend to use local farm fresh eggs, I do not recommend grocery store eggs due to safety concerns.
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tbps Cinnamon powder
- A blender (I use Vita-Mix)

Method:

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You may need to adjust the amount of milk a bit to get the thickness you desire. And there you have it... a delicious, quick and healthy treat!
