Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie
1 cup fresh or frozen rhubarb
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/4 - 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons honey
NOTE: You can easily adjust this recipe to suit your taste buds. This exact recipe will taste rather strongly of the sour rhubarb. More honey and strawberries can balance the taste.
Here is a workout I (Sarah) have done before on a tight schedule and it really helps to keep your heart working hard even when you're busy. If you need a quick workout before racing out the door for work this workout is quick and effective way to keep in shape when on a tight schedule.
