Gluten Free Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

A perfect combination of crispy on the edge and soft in the middle, you won't believe that these chocolate chip cookies are gluten free!

We're back again after a long absence! I apologize for the long break. The last 2 months have been very busy with various things, including an extended family member of mine passing away. Thank you all for your patience!
The other day I was fiddling around with this recipe, and I was so thrilled with the results that it brought me back here today to share with you this classic chocolate chip cookie recipe! One of the best things about it is that it's gluten free!

No Bake Refined Sugar Free Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

A simple, decadent, refined sugar-free recipe, with quick ingredients that will satisfy any sugar cravings and give you a wonderful after dinner dessert!

This cookie dough has simple ingredients, and it doesn't need to be baked, since there are no eggs in it! My favorite thing about this Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is that it is so quick to whip up and perfect for a weekend treat or when I just don't have time to bake anything too complicated.

Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

These brownies are the definition of amazing; they create a "melt in your mouth" sensation that keeps you coming back for more....

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Snowballs

A flaky inside with deliciously soft chocolate chips covered in icing sugar is the perfect decadent cookie for this season!

Yes. I basically just suggested in the post title that you should eat snowballs... But this is a different kind of snowball! It has mini chocolate chips in it, and icing sugar, and vanilla and all kinds of goodies! AND it's gluten free!!! Now you'll have another gluten free Christmas dessert to munch on while listening to Christmas music and reading a delightful book. It'll get you right into the spirit of the holiday. :)

This is also perfect to bring to any get-together's, and everyone will devour them! The perfectly white powdered sugar over the cookies will remind you of all the beautiful white snow outside. But you get to eat this stuff. :) But wait, these will only remind you of the beauty of the snow, not how cold it is. :P

Party Popcorn : Game Day Snacks!

Classic popcorn with an exciting peanut, cranberry and chocolate chip twist to it!

We're sharing one more snack this weekend before the Grey Cup, so you can have loads of different ideas for what to share with your family while watching the game. :)

We decided not to add any butter or salt to this recipe, as that does make it healthier. Yeah, I know, usually you always have to have salt and butter with your popcorn, but the peanuts make up for it! They're nice and salty, and they sort of give a buttery kind of illusion. And the cranberries and chocolate chips give a sweet and slightly sour taste. :)

We used sugar free chocolate chips in this recipe, but if you don't have any of those, go ahead and add semi-sweet chocolate chips. :)

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars

A delicious, bar filled with decadent chocolate and creamy peanut butter...
