Cranberry & Raspberry Fruit Explosion Smoothie

This is one of the creamiest and most refreshing smoothies you can dream of, and it's the perfect healthy breakfast to start your day!
It's packed full of delicious fruit and is super easy to throw together, and it makes you feel like you're in the tropics on vacation! How cool is that?!

Refreshing Blackberry Smoothie

The perfect drink to start your day off with. :)

This is my favorite smoothie ever and it fills me right up.  You won't regret making it! :)

This Refreshing Blackberry Smoothie has only 3 ingredients (4 if you include the ice) that you most likely already have in the house. So what are you waiting for?! Get in the kitchen and make this awesome smoothie!

It's also the type of drink that you can add other ingredients to. Such as some nuts for protein, or maybe your favorite fruit to add some extra variation to the blackberry and banana taste.

Funky Monkey Milkshake

Ready for a breakfast idea that tastes like a dessert?

Summer Carrot Smoothie

After a month of being away in the UK touring sites such as Giants Coseway, Windsor Castle, Edinburgh Castle, and the family farm in Ireland, I've (Liz) arrived home freshly enthused to get back in the kitchen!
Last night I was craving a fresh unique smoothie so badly since I hadn't had much of that kind of thing the past few weeks; so I went and looked around in my fridge to see what I had...and wala!...I came up with this yummy Summer Carrot Smoothie. :)

Guest Post by Adam | Banana Cinnamon Blend

Today we have our first guest post on the blog! We'd like to thank Adam for putting this incredible recipe together for us. Read on to find out what it is!!

Banana Cinnamon Blend

This is one of my favorite anytime snacks and something I also like having for breakfast. It is incredibly simple, it only takes a few minutes to make. Yet it is both filling and very healthy. The raw eggs are especially nutritious. If you have concerns about eating raw eggs I recommend you read this article for more information on the subject.
What you'll need:

- 8 oz frozen banana (or 1 whole frozen banana.) The banana must be cut up and then frozen for this recipe to work
- 2 whole raw eggs. Highly recommend to use local farm fresh eggs, I do not recommend grocery store eggs due to safety concerns.
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tbps Cinnamon powder
