Gluten Free Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

The other day I was fiddling around with this recipe, and I was so thrilled with the results that it brought me back here today to share with you this classic chocolate chip cookie recipe! One of the best things about it is that it's gluten free!

Almond Butter Cookies {Sugar Free}

These cookies have an incredible dimension of flavour to them that you will love! It's almost like you can't put your finger on what you're tasting when you eat these delicious cookies. They have a hint of lemon flavor amongst the inviting almond flavor. Trust me, it's delectable!

They're light and fluffy with a nice buttery consistency, and the couple of slivered almonds over top add a slight crunch in the centre. These are also super quick and easy to make! It's the perfect festive Christmas or New Year's cookie!

Gluten Free Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

These delicious cookies are crispy on the outside, and temptingly soft on the inside. Each bite you're greeted with festive cranberries and soft white chocolate flavor.

I love the consistency of these cookies. Actually, I pretty well love everything about them especially that they're gluten free They are a different sort of cookie to have around, instead of the more common oatmeal or chocolate chip cookie.
I'm loving the cranberry and white chocolate paired together. It's the perfect combination.

They're quick to whip up and only take about 10 minutes in the oven. Make sure not to overcook! You have to take them out at the right time to maintain the soft inside and crispy outside. The cookies will be very soft all around when you pull them out of the oven, and the middle may look very slightly raw, but after about 5 minutes they'll firm up to the perfect consistency.

Flourless Fudge Cookies

Oookay, guys...these chewy, rich, fudgy cookies are i.n.c.r.e.d.i.b.l.e! Seriously. They have a crispy/chewy consistency on the edge and completely mouth-watering, 'give me more' fudgy taste in the middle! They're quick and easy for you to whip up before visitors come and your guests will love them.
