Autumn Apple Crisp

Ingredients
3 Apples, sliced (preferably skinless, but it doesn't matter too much)
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp grape seed oil
1/2 cup oats
1/8 cup corn starch
1/2 water

Optional:
Dried Fruit

(all spice measurements can vary depending how much you like them)

Directions

Cut up the apples into small chunks, throw into sauce pan on medium heat, and add grape seed oil. Stir occasionally and make slightly mashed. Add all the spices and stir until soft. Add corn starch and water and mix into apples. Take off heat and pour into dish - while hot add oats and dried fruit of your choice. (optional)

This serves about 1 person, maybe 2.
