Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry In Soy Sauce

This stir-fry has the richest flavors I think I've ever had.
The chicken and broccoli by itself is good, but with the sauce... oh. my. word... it's delicious! Growing up, I've been used to a bit more bland food, instead of spicy, and I am really loving the amazing dimension and deep flavors that are in this recipe. It's not spicy, but it definitely isn't bland.

This recipe has pretty simple ingredients that you most likely already have in your kitchen. Plus, it doesn't take long at all to make this. If you use frozen chicken breasts, just make sure to take those out to thaw a few hours before.

Grandma's Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry

Full of delicious veggies marinated in a sweet sauce, with a splash of pineapple throughout, this Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry is a wonderful main course for dinner, that you'll love :)

This was my grandma's recipe that we've used for years now. It's definitely a favorite! You can pretty much put any vegetables in it you please, it's a very easy recipe to switch up.

Our family usually likes to put in bell peppers (my personal favorite is red), carrots, broccoli, onion, and our latest addition is mushrooms. As well, we add some chopped up chicken breast and pineapple.

And of course we can't forget the sauce! I love this sauce. As you can guess from the name, it's sweet and sour. So we use the drained pineapple juice from the can we used in the veggie mixture, and we put it together with some brown sugar, dried mustard, cornstarch, vinegar, water, and ketchup.

This goes over-top delicious brown rice!
